Larus Technologies, Unilever Canada and SOSCIP selected by Scale AI to advance demand forecasting in supply chains

Larus Technologies, Unilever Canada and SOSCIP have been selected by Scale AI for their project entitled: “End-to-End ML-based Demand Forecasting” in order to improve Unilever’s supply chains by utilizing internal and external data and AI/ML analytics to ensure optimal forecasting for Unilever. Scale AI is the central pillar of Canada’s AI ecosystem forming a consortium (of private entities, research centres, academia and high-potential startups) who identifies cross-sector collaborative projects and provides funding and expert guidance to help Canada stay ahead of the AI curve. The project will be essential for Unilever as a fast-moving consumer goods company in order to optimize production and distribution while making essential products available to all Canadians.
